Established in 1946 as a subsidiary of H E Shacklock & Sons – An established NZ whiteware manufacture.

Spincraft specialised in steel homeware products including spun aluminum light fittings and lamps, which they marketed under the name ‘Betalite’

The company produced a huge amount of quality lamps & lights from their Wellington factory during the 1960s & 1970s.
