NZ Post Tracked Delivery

This is our standard freight method & utilises NZ Post Tracked Courier for items nationwide.

• We endeavour to ship items within two days of your order.
• We will package your items with the greatest care to ensure a safe journey.
• NZ Post Tracking code sent along with confirmation of item being sent.
• Parcels can be tracked via NZ post – Tracking | New Zealand Post (nzpost.co.nz)

Free Auckland City Delivery

Purchases over $150.00

• Available to most Auckland postcodes – check locations here
• FiF will contact you on the next business day to arrange delivery within 10 days of your order.
• We take the greatest care of your items during transit.
• We can help with unloading.
• Deliveries done during normal business hours.

NB. Contactless delivery available during Covid levels 2 & 3. Delivery is not possible during level 4.

Auckland Delivery

Hand delivery by the FiF team – Flat rate fee $55.00 – One or multiple items to a single address within 35KM of Auckland CBD.

• FiF will contact you on the next business day to arrange delivery of your items within 10 days of order.
• We take the greatest care of your items during transit.
• We can help with unloading items.
• Deliveries done during normal business hours.

NB. Contactless delivery available during Covid levels 2 & 3. Delivery is not possible during level 4.

Road Case Freight

If this selection is suggested in the items product page (see Freight Categories) – then we are able to send the item in an enclosure specifically designed to ensure safe arrival of the item type – IE Turntable / Amplifier.

• We will contact you on the next business day to discuss & arrange delivery of your items.
• We’ll invoice you for the cost of freight to your location & return freight of the ‘road case’ enclosure.
• We prepare your item & enclosure & send via NZ Post or NZ Couriers.
• NB. Freight costs are increased as return of the enclosure is required.
• These costs are advised & then invoiced separately.
• Selecting this option will not add any freight value to your order and you can proceed with checkout.
• Road Case freight is optional – standard NZ Post & Delivery freight options available.

I am arranging a 3rd Party Freight Company to Pick Up

Select this freight method if you wish to have a 3rd party freight carrier pick up your item/s from our West Auckland workshop.

• We will contact you on the next business day to advise the pick up address & to tee up possible pick up times & dates
• Freight arrangement & costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Your chosen freight carrier is responsible for packing the item/s & any damage that occurs during transit.

I want to pick up from your West Auckland workshop

Select this freight method if you wish to pick up your item/s in person from our West Auckland workshop.

• We will contact you on the next business day to advise the pick up address & to tee up a time that suits you to call in.
• We prepare your item/s in preparation of your pick up.
