In the early twentieth century Lebus employed over 1000 people working in various locations across London's east end, where England's furniture industry was most concentrated.
Around 1910 Lebus relocated to Tottenham, where they had built a brand-new purpose-built factory and production began en masse - Over the following decades Lebus become synonymous with high quality, affordable furniture the world over.
