A bit of history to these speaker units. These were Mission 780 MkI units. Although they were 100% operational, we are aware that Mission made a manufacture error on the MkI bass drivers (model 83-LF130/Q) – these were prone to oxidistaion on the voicecoils.
So rather than provide something that could have a limited life span we put them aside & went about sourcing a replacement pair of bass drivers of the MkII version (model 71-LF525/G).
So these are now no longer MkI – they are MkII and have a long life ahead of them.
