There can’t be too many original Mission-Cyrus ‘FMJ’ examples knocking around NZ still – in most cases these ended up being over-loved & due to their heavy brick like construction, didn’t get well cared for or dropped. This lucky example obviously has enjoyed a good, clean life & with an extensive overhaul by our service engineer – it is singing.
Cyrus Amps often require a freshen up – But as this is a little special (our opinion) we’ve gone as far as recapping the entire audio path circuits as well as checking all other components – replacing where necessary or due. Pots mechanically cleaned. Bias voltages set, board voltages confirmed etc, a happy little amp indeed. 12-month warranty.
