The term Listening Chairs is not a ‘industry term’, but rather a name we came up with when restoring these chairs. It just seemed to suit these very comfortable & appealing chairs.
Fully restored by 54 FiveSix Furniture & our own very talented upholsterer. Strong & beautiful for another lifetime ahead.
Nb. If you’ve got a good eye & have noticed the two backs are at different angles – you’re right. We were in a rush to get the pics taken & have photographed these before the guys had mounted the second screws & inserted teak ‘buttons’ to finish everything up nicely. They have of course completed them now.
