On the ‘Additional Information’ tab of every item listing – you will find a ‘FiF Rating’ this is done as another level of explaining the condition of items, over & above the item description & photos.
The meaning of each FiF Rating is explained below:
“Excellent Original Condition”
This is an original item unrepaired by FiF – it is in exceptional condition for it’s age & functions exactly as it should.
“Great Vintage Condition”
This is an original item unrepaired by FiF – it is in very good condition for it’s age & functions exactly as it should.
“Good Vintage Condition”
This is an original item unrepaired by FiF – it is in good condition for it’s age & functions exactly as it should.
“Vintage Condition”
This is an original item unrepaired by FiF – it is in good condition for it’s age – however this rating indicates that there are notes on condition highlighted in the ‘Description’ tab of the item listing.
“Excellent Condition”
This item has been repaired by FiF in some way & is in excellent condition. Any major repairs that have been carried out will be detailed in the ‘Description’ tab.
“Great Condition”
This item has been repaired by FiF in some way & is in great condition, however there are notes on condition in the ‘Description’ tab.
“Good Condition”
This item has been repaired by FiF in some way & is in good condition, however there are notes on condition in the ‘Description’ tab.
‘Excellent Restored Condition”
This item has been restored by FiF or by an associate. A excellent result has been achieved.
“Restored Condition”
This item has been restored by FiF. A great result has been achieved. However there are condition notes in the ‘Description’ tab.
“New Upholstery”
Item has been reupholstered by FiF or by FiF associates. Details work done & fabric used noted in the ‘Description’ tab.
